What the work is like
At ABOVE you never own just one slice of a problem. The same person might set up SOFT1 ERP in a warehouse in the morning and work out why an invoice won’t print in the afternoon. We treat software, servers, networks and backup as one system, because that is how our clients experience them.
Clients call us by name. You get to know their installations, their people and how they work. That takes responsibility, and it gives you something a call centre rarely does: you see the result of your work.
You learn on the job, next to people with years in the field, on ENTERSOFTONE products and on the changes the tax authority and ERGANI keep bringing. Our office is in Nea Smyrni, Athens.
