myDATA and e-invoicing
Reporting to myDATA and B2B and B2G e-invoicing. For businesses up to €1,000,000, e-invoicing starts on 2 November 2026.3
Digital delivery notes
With the myDATA Advanced option it issues QR delivery notes for Phase A. For Phase B, from 1 January 2027, ABOVE TRANS reads them from myDATA and files the steps.
Digital customer register
For the sectors that require it, register entries are made from the same system.

What people ask us about Web ERP.
Is it the same as SOFT1 Cloud ERP?
No. Both are from ENTERSOFTONE and both work without a server in the office. SOFT1 Cloud ERP is the full SOFT1 on Microsoft Azure, with every module. SOFT1 WEB ERP is newer, written entirely for the browser, for commercial and financial management. It was announced in 2025 as SOFTONE WEB ERP.
Why does it cost less?
Because you do not buy a server, pay for installation on every computer or put down a large licence fee at the start. You pay an annual subscription for the users you need, with a lower charge for each extra user. We give you the exact price in a written quote.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Open the browser, sign in and work. No server, no installation on computers and no extra hardware, just an internet connection.
Does it work on a Mac, tablet and phone?
Yes. Web ERP works on any device and operating system with a modern browser.
Does it cover myDATA and e-invoicing?
Yes. It supports B2B and B2G e-invoicing, reporting of documents and delivery notes to myDATA, and the digital customer register. See what is changing on our deadlines page.
Is my data safe?
Data is hosted on ENTERSOFTONE’s cloud infrastructure, with access control and backups. If you ever do not renew, ENTERSOFTONE keeps the data for 30 days so you can take a copy or carry on.3
Do I need training?
Very little. The app has step-by-step guidance and videos. We walk you through a working day with your own data and answer when something is not obvious.
Does it suit a service business with no stock?
Yes. That is what the Services plan is for: invoicing, customers, collections and myDATA, without item management you do not need.
What if I need more later?
Then we look at SOFT1 Cloud ERP or SOFT1 ERP together; they cover production, several companies and complex workflows. We plan and carry out the move.
