We do not sell goods. Does digital transport apply to us?
Yes, when you buy. Supplies, equipment or materials your supplier sends come with a digital delivery note, and from 1 January 2027 you report the completed receipt in myDATA yourself. Fixed assets you move do not need a note unless you sell them. The economical ABOVE TRANS Receipts edition shows what is pending.
Does the digital work card apply to us?
Most likely, if you have employees. In 2026 it was extended to software and IT consulting, management consulting, advertising and office services, among others, with penalties from 12 October or 16 November 2026 depending on the sector. Your main activity code decides. See whether it applies to you.
I issue few invoices. Do I need an ERP?
Not necessarily. With a handful of invoices a month, AADE’s free apps are enough. An ERP pays off when you want clients, quotes, invoices and payments in one place rather than three.
Do I need a server in the office?
No. SOFT1 Cloud ERP runs on Microsoft Azure, opens in the browser and is paid by subscription. ENTERSOFTONE takes care of its backups and upgrades.
