Can I keep the data from my old software?
Yes. We migrate customers, suppliers, items, balances and as much history as you need. We agree the scope together during analysis, so you don’t pay to move data you will never open again.
Do I need my own server?
Not necessarily. SOFT1 runs on your server, in a private cloud, or as SOFT1 Cloud ERP on Microsoft Azure. If you choose a server, we pick it, set it up and maintain it.
How is SOFT1 ERP different from Web ERP?
SOFT1 ERP covers the full range: production, multiple companies, complex workflows and deep customisation. SOFT1 WEB ERP is simpler, runs only in the browser and is aimed at growing small and mid-sized businesses. We tell you honestly which one fits.
Where does my data go when I use SOFT1 AI?
The AI features of SOFT1 ERP AI Series only see what each user’s permissions and your company’s security policies allow. In the demo we show you which settings you control. For agents of your own, see AI agents.
Do I buy a licence or pay a subscription?
Either works. ENTERSOFTONE offers five deployment models, from a perpetual licence to a cloud subscription. Our ENTERSOFTONE page has a short selector that suggests the right one.
Does SOFT1 send my invoices to myDATA?
Yes, together with an e-invoicing provider. From 1 February 2027, B2B invoices in Greece can only be transmitted through a provider or AADE’s own apps. See e-invoicing and the timeline.
Who do I call when something breaks?
Us. One number for the ERP, the server and the network, answered by people who know your setup. We connect remotely with AnyDesk or come on site when needed. See support.
