Can I buy it myself and have you set it up?

Yes. If you tell us before you buy, we check the machine suits your ERP and network, so you do not end up with something that does not fit.

Do you repair computers you did not sell?

Yes. Tell us what is happening; if it can be fixed remotely, we do it that way. Otherwise we arrange a repair and tell you the cost first.

Can data be saved from a failed drive?

Often, not always. It depends on the fault. That is why real protection is a backup with tested restores, so recovery is never your only hope.

Do I need a UPS?

For the server and router, yes. A power cut while the ERP database is writing can corrupt it. A UPS gives time for a clean shutdown.
