Payroll, HRMS, myWorkplace

Payroll and HR on one screen

ENTERSOFTONE payroll takes its hours from the Digital Work Card. What was reported to ERGANI is what gets paid.

  • Payroll with social security funds and history
  • HRMS for employee records, requests and reviews
  • myWorkplace: employee requests from the phone
  • SOFT1 myErgani LIVE for ERGANI II clock-ins

SOFT1 CloudShift

Shift rosters that reach ERGANI correctly

With shifts, days off and several sites, working hours change every week. SOFT1 CloudShift is ENTERSOFTONE’s cloud rostering tool: you build the plan once and the approved schedules are sent to ERGANI II.

  • Plans per post and work centre
  • Weekdays, weekends and holidays, with unlimited shift zones
  • Change hours, move people between shifts, add rest days and days off
  • Draft, adjust and finalise before anything is sent
  • Works with SOFT1 HRMS and Payroll, or on its own

What the system does for you

We build on ENTERSOFTONE’s SOFT1 myErgani LIVE and connect it to your payroll.

  • Clock in where you work

A tablet or terminal at the entrance, web check-in for people working off-site.

  • Straight into ERGANI II

A real-time connection, plus download of the schedules you have already declared.

  • Alerts before the mistake

A message for a missed clock-in, and no clocking in before the scheduled start.

  • Bulk resend

If something did not go through, resend it in bulk instead of hunting employee by employee.

  • Payroll from the same records

Schedules and clock-ins go into payroll, or calculate pay directly.

  • Keep your existing clocks

Time clocks you already own can be connected through web services.

How we set it up

  1. Obligation check

From your main activity code we work out when you are covered and which employees count.

  2. Installation

We set up clock-in points, the ERGANI II link and schedules per shop or shift.

  3. Payroll link

We connect schedules to payroll, so the month closes without retyping.

  4. Support

When something does not go through or the law changes, you call us and we fix it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if my business is covered?

It depends on your main activity code (KAD) in TAXIS. Since 2026 the new 2025 codes apply, mapped from the old ones. Take the short check or send us your code and we will tell you.

Can a manager clock in on an employee’s behalf?

No. The law forbids the employer from clocking in for an employee. That is why we set up clock-in points each employee uses personally.

What if the internet goes down or the tablet breaks?

You notify the Labour Inspectorate within the same 24 hours, as circular 25291/2026 requires. We help you get the system running again and send whatever was left behind.

Are people working off-site covered?

Yes, when they work at a fixed location, using web check-in. Staff with no fixed place of work are exempt while working off-site, as are remote-working days.

Do I have to change my payroll software?

Not necessarily. First we check what you use today and whether it can take the schedules. If not, we suggest ENTERSOFTONE payroll, which connects directly to the work card.
