Your ERP runs only while your server does.
Server, network, backups and PCs are looked after by the same team that supports your software. When something stops, you call one number, not three.

Three things we do for your infrastructure
We run it
We set up and maintain servers, workstations and the network, so your ERP and invoicing keep going.
We protect it
Backups with tested restores, security updates, firewall and power protection. The dull things that save a year.
We advise
We tell you what is worth replacing and when, before it fails. And what you do not need to buy.

Frequently asked questions
What people ask before handing us the keys to their server.
If we move to SOFT1 Cloud ERP or Web ERP, do we still need IT services?
You no longer need a server for the ERP, but your computers, network, internet, email and files remain. We look after them as before, and the move goes more smoothly when the same team sees both the ERP and the infrastructure.
How often should backups be tested?
A backup is only worth something once you have restored from it. We suggest a test restore at regular intervals and always after any change to the server or the ERP. GDPR asks that access to data can be restored in a timely way after an incident.1
Does the NIS2 directive apply to us?
Not to every business. Greek law 5160/2024 mainly covers medium and large companies in specific sectors, such as wholesale food distribution and production, some manufacturing and courier services. Those in scope need registration, security measures and incident reporting. We help you check.2
How long must we keep accounting records?
At least five years from the end of the financial year, or longer if another law requires it, in any form as long as records can be searched and printed. That is why backing up the ERP database is not just a technical matter.3
