Does the NIS2 directive apply to us?
Possibly. Greek Law 5160/2024 mainly covers medium and large businesses in specific sectors, such as food wholesale and some manufacturing. It does not cover every small business. We help you check, and we organise backups and network security either way.
Is antivirus enough to keep us protected?
No. Antivirus is one piece. You also need a firewall, updates, proper passwords, a separate guest network and, above all, backups that restore, because no single measure is foolproof.
Can we work in the ERP from home?
Yes, through a secure connection to the office network, or with SOFT1 Cloud ERP, which opens in the browser. What we will not do is expose your server directly to the internet.
Can you connect a second shop or warehouse?
Yes. We link the sites so tills and warehouse see the same ERP. The right setup depends on the internet lines you have at each location.
