Frequently asked questions

Do I need special phones or scanners?

For reps, an ordinary phone or tablet is usually enough. In the warehouse, where you scan all day, we suggest hardware built to last. We decide together during analysis.

Does it work with the ERP I already have?

These apps connect to ENTERSOFTONE’s ERP. If you run other software, in the demo we look at whether moving to SOFT1 ERP or SOFT1 Cloud ERP is worth it.

Does it handle digital transport documents?

For Phase B, mandatory from 1 January 2027, we built ABOVE TRANS: start transport for the whole load, delivery and recipient signature on the driver’s phone.

Can I start with the warehouse only?

Yes. Many businesses start where it hurts most and add reps later. The data is already shared, so expanding needs no new migration.
