Can our ERP move to the cloud as well?
Yes. SOFT1 Cloud ERP runs on Microsoft Azure and opens in the browser. There are other models too, with or without your own server. See which one suits you.
Will we lose old email during the move?
No, if it is done in the right order. We move messages before switching mail delivery and check with you that everything is there before the old account closes.
Do we still need a server in the office?
It depends on what runs on it. If files and ERP move to the cloud, often not. If the ERP stays local, yes. We settle it during the inventory.
Do you keep a copy of our cloud data?
We set one up where it is needed. The cloud keeps data available, but an accidental deletion syncs everywhere. See backup & recovery.
